Q: What kind of Hardware and Software infrastructure should I invest in to start using the RADSpa platform for the Radiology work flow at our Hospital ?

A: RADSpa is a Web based platform and you do not need any additional IT infrastructure other than computer with high-speed internet connection to start using the platform for your Radiology workflow needs. In other words, You do not need to invest in IT infrastructure to start using the RADSpa platform
 

Q: I have an existing Hospital Information System . Can RADSpa communicate and be integrated with the existing HIS.

A: Yes, RADSpa supports the industry standard formats of DICOM and HL7 and can be integrated with any HIS that supports the industry standards.

Q: We are a tele-radiology institute with operations in different geographies. If we deploy RADSpa platform at our institute, How will you support across the different geographies. Do you have support operation across these geographies ?

A: RADSpa is a web based platform with a centralized datacenter. Because of this we have the capability to access the installations centrally and can support all the geographies. We have a 24*7 support model to provide support at any time and any corner of the world.

Q: Our Hospital has very tight security policies. As this is a web based application Will my data be secure ?

A: RADSpa platform is HIPPA compliant and follows all the security norms for Healthcare. You can select the authorized persons on the platform who can access the the medical data . The rigorous authentication procedure will limit the data access only to the authorized. RADSpa architecture has the web-application and database as independent layers and this helps implement a tight access authorization to medical data.

Q: We would like to use RADSpa for our Radiology work flow needs. How long does it take to train the radiologists and support staff to use this platform. Are there any training modules for the same ?

A: RADSpa has a very Radiologist Intuitive user interface and does not need any training to start using the platform. We have a ONE DAY orientation program after which you should be able to start using the platform productively.

Q: As RADSpa is a web-based platform, What are the internet browsers that it supports ?

A: RADSpa at present supports Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. We are working on Google Chrome support and will be there soon.

Q: Our radiology department has different work-flow requirements for different type of studies. Can this platform support multiple workflow options ?

A: Yes. RADSpa platform is completely configurable and the workflow can be configured for different types of study. Workflow can be configured for number of reads , signoff requirements etc from the Web platform itself.
