Ricky Bedi – Chief Executive Officer
Ricky Bedi is the Chief Executive Officer of Telerad Tech. He is overall responsible for the company's vision, strategy, and leadership. He is committed to building a world class team with a strong technical base/foundation and great work culture.
Prior to that he was the Vice President of Application Engineering group at Magma Design Automation India Pvt. Ltd, He was also a co-founder and Vice-President of Business Development for Vitalect Inc. an e-learning company. Ricky Bedi has, about, 20 years of experience in the Software industry. He received an outstanding achievement award for his contribution to Chip Design Methodology at Level One. He is also the Co-author of a book on Chip Design Methodology and had Chaired the Publicity Committee for VLSI 2009.
Raghavendra Rao – Head & Senior Architect, Software Development
Raghavendra is a senior architect and heads the software development team at Telerad Tech. In his previous assignments at Infosys and HP, he had architected several enterprise solutions across multiple verticals.
He has about 14 years of experience in the software industry. Raghavendra was awarded the PRIMA technology award in the innovation category for his work as an architect at Infosys.
Mohan Mysore – VP Sales & Marketing for USA, European Operations
Mohan Mysore is responsible for the growth of our business in North American and European territories. Mohan has worked in the Healthcare market for more than decade and comes with a rich experience in sales, business development, and marketing. He has set up companies in India, Singapore and USA and successfully built and nurtured a competent distribution channel.
Prior to this assignment, he was involved in managing two companies in the Healthcare solutions segment and prior to that, in the sales and marketing of data storage solutions to the entertainment and healthcare industry.
His other interests include writing poetry, playing golf, and tennis.
Dr. Anand Anandkumar – Board Advisor
Dr. Anand Anandkumar, Co-Founder CEO of Bugworks and co-Founder MD of Escape Velocity Accelerator
Anand was previously Chairman and Managing Director at Cellworks Research India Pvt. Ltd, a startup which is globally recognized as having pioneered the use of Systems Biology to design new therapies in Oncology, Inflammation and TB. Prior to Cellworks, Anand was the co-founding Managing Director of the India and China operations of two companies in the Chip Design space, SpinCircuit (acquired by Cadence in 2003) and Magma Design Automation (acquired by Synopsys in 2011).
He is a member of the prestigious Eta-Kappa-Nu and Tau-Beta-Pi International Engineering honors societies and is the co-inventor on patents ranging from Satellite communication, Pharmaceuticals to Clean Energy. He is currently member of the Executive council and Gen-Sec of ABLE, was a co-founder and Vice-Chairman of the India Semiconductor Association. Anand is also a co-founder and MD of Escape Velocity Accelerator which is a unique platform facilitating the growth of early stage companies in the Health-Technology space.
Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur – Board Advisor
Dr. Arjun Kalyanpur is CEO of Teleradiology Solutions, a healthcare Company headquartered in Bangalore, that reports radiology scans for over 100 hospitals in the US, Singapore, India, Europe and Africa.
Teleradiology Solutions was ranked the number 1 teleradiology company in the US for 2011 and awarded the title of “Best in KLAS”. It is the first organization outside Singapore to be accredited by the Ministry of Health, Singapore, and was showcased to President Obama on his visit to India in 2010. The organization also has a software company, Telerad Tech, a not-for-profit division, The Telerad Foundation and a teaching website, www.radguru.net.
Dr Kalyanpur was trained at AIIMS, New Delhi, Cornell University Medical Center and Yale University in the US. He is visiting faculty in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Yale University. He is an active member of the Radiologic Society of North America and the Indian Radiology and Imaging Association and is a reviewer for the journals Emergency Radiology and Acta Radiologica. He was awarded Modern Medicare’s Entrepreneur of the year award in 2007 and was named one of the 50 pathfinders in Healthcare in India by Express Healthcare magazine.
Dr.Sunita Maheshwari – Board Advisor
Dr. Sunita Maheshwari is a US Board certified Pediatric Cardiologist who did her training at Osmania Medical College and then at Yale University in the US. She was the winner of the ‘Young Clinician Award’ from the American Heart Association and the ‘Best Teacher Award’ at Yale University. She was Head of Department at Narayana Hrudayalaya for a decade. She has over 200 scientific lectures and 60 scientific publications to her credit. She was nominated one of the Top 20 women achievers in medicine in India in 2009.
Her other interests include teaching and spreading the word about children with heart disease and what can be done for them as well as writing-she was the Editor of the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India journal. She currently runs the first of its kind innovative e-teaching program, accredited by the National Board in Delhi, for postgraduates in Pediatric Cardiology all across India. Additionally she has recently written ‘a chota book of parenting’ for Indian parents. Apart from her medical clinical work she is a medical entrepreneur and helped set up Teleradiology Solutions (a one of its kind innovative health care IT company ranked #1 in the US in 2011) that provides teleradiologic interpretations to hospitals globally and now in remote areas of India and Telerad tech (a health care technology company). She also cofounded RXDX and RXDX kids, multispeciality acute care clinics in Whitefield, that believe that health care delivery can be done in a way that doesn’t let a patient “feel like a patient”.
She is active in the social arena in India where she runs 2 trust funds. People4people has put up 125 playgrounds thus far in poorer sections of Karnataka, especially in government schools, and funds activities for children. Telrad Foundation provides telerad services to poor areas in Asia that do not have access to high quality medical reports. Patients at hospitals such as Ramakrishna Mission hospital in Arunachal Pradesh have been greatly benefited by diagnostic reporting by this foundation which brings high quality low cost diagnostics to remote India. Her efforts over the past decade to use technology to successfully educate doctors and to help patients in remote areas of India and other parts of the world was recognised when she was chosen as one of the few innovative entrepreneurs invited to meet President Obama on his trip to India.
Dipika Bedi – V.P Human Resources
Dipika Bedi is the Vice President of Human Resources at Telerad Tech. Since joining Telerad Tech, Dipika has managed the HR department and continues to be instrumental in centralizing and streamlining HR processes and databases.
Prior to joining health care IT industry, Dipika worked in the U.S in various roles in the Finance and Accounting fields. She has her MS. in Economics from the University of Kentucky.
