Designation: Sales Head
- Sales head will be responsible for promotions and managing product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives in an assigned geographic sales area.
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new customers, generating sales proposals and presentations, contract negotiations, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and managing existing accounts
- Direct, indirect sales and channel sales
- Helps in identify potential channel and distribution partners in the region
- Drives channel sales through channel partners in the designated region
- Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with his/her reporting manager
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all companys products.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Coordinates with the marketing team for region specific promotions and sales campaigns
- Participate in events to represent the company and generate sales leads
- Work with the marketing team to generate sales leads in the designated region(s)
- Collaborates with marketing to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Desired Qualification
- MBA in Sales and Marketing required.
Competencies
- 10-15 years in selling of services in the area of Imaging / Diagnostics/Healthcare of which a minimum of 10 yrs should have been in Sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate and close winning deals.
- Ability to grasp basic technical skills
- Should have a business acumen
- Initiative
- The ability to write reports and proposals. Should be good in Microsoft Office Suite
- Should be a team player
- Should have the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor
Language:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of any foreign language will be an added advantage
Travel
- Open to travel up to 50% of the time
Location: Whitefield , Bangalore
Salary: Excellent base salary plus commission
Reporting: Reports directly to VP Sales and marketing
